- Returns:
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- For defective or incorrect items, full refunds, including shipping costs, will be issued.
- Exchanges: Exchanges can be requested for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
